Has any one tried to put wire line jigs on lead core line and jig?

Jig how? Like trolling and jigging bucktails.....if so yes no problem. Jigging like you would for ground fish...not gonna happen.

Yea like using lead core like wire. Have you done it? And any pitfalls? Jig sizes? Thanks

Have done it allot with bucktails from 1 to 5 oz. Esp for younger inexperienced anglers as to not kink your wire. Years ago jigging Boston Harbor would only put 5 colors on the spool 150ft. I still also use lead core for tube and worm.
