Still not enough deterrence.
Still not enough officers in the field where and when needed
Still not in effect until November...…

So I give them a C+ for effort, and they were so close to really getting it...

Total BS this is one of the reasons I no longer par take on turnys ol comm season, you see and learn about the wrong doing among close friends, I was brought up fishing is 4 fun...

Ho-hum.

Not strong enough especially for multi-time offenders. They need to take all their CHIT too!!!

And when those that do get caught get let go without much penalty...
