Togfest 2018
Let's try for the weekend of Oct. 20. and 21st... I'll pick one after everyone chimes in with conflicts...
One of the two days will be the rain (wind) date.. Middle Street, Fairhaven ramp... 12 Pease St. Fairhaven, MA 02719 United States Sun up at 7:00 hi tide around 6 am , should be a good one! Soooooo,,,6:00 - 6:30 show up and BS, then launch.... Ch 68 Jockey shorts on antenna (clean) With slack around noon back to the ramp right after for bragging... Maybe get lucky and the BFT fleet will get blown out and show up... joking guys,,, kill em I'll stock pile bait and if there's enough interest I'll bring a grille for burgers after.... Once again, boat lurkers , man up, come along and take SB ers with ya, Togin is fun, right ? I'll shake the boat tree soon and see who falls out... And don't try and hide. If it is Saturday, I am ho...in. Had a ball and caught a lot a few years ago. Will bring some treats and liquid refreshment...and cover at least gas....

If you have never been out on this day with the group I highly recommend it. Wish I could make it. Togging is so much fun and the fish are absolutely delicious!
Typically, everyone catches fish and many more than one. I will be trying for them this Saturday further south off the coast of CT in long island sound. I have no idea if there will be any down there but I sure hope so. Can't wait to introduce my son to tog fishing. Good luck all! |

I’m good to go for the next one if needed,,, then pulling early this year, rotator cuff surgery first part nov. Put a day in down there this week, got beat up and slooooow .... Fingers crossed 🤞 |
