Maybe you, or you know of a young person this might appeal to?

That's a great opportunity. The trades are hurting for qualified workers. Too many young people were guided into going to college to get a degree.
They come out with big loans...and no real world skills.
Somehow working with your hands and getting dirty lost it's appeal and the respect it deserves. Most of the "new" workers I deal with on the job are of questionable legal status.

I wish my step daughter was older. I’m gently pushing her towards the trades. She loves to tinker with stuff. While I won’t discourage her from college if that’s what she really wants Ive been taking up the trades and having her help me with things around the house. I think a female owned and operated electrician company would be awesome!
