Well Done Mass DEP

Ammunition for a .45 caliber hand gun and a magazine for a .45 caliber hand gun were located in the vehicle. It was further confirmed that none of the four occupants of the vehicle possessed a valid license to carry (LTC) or firearms identification card (FID) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The arrested parties were subsequently transported by the Environmental Police and the Massachusetts State Police to the State Police Barracks in Bourne

Now as we progress to phase 2, sentencing...

The offenses are itemized individually,
I would be curious to see how the judge views
the poaching of glass eels vs. the narcotics and firearms
possession... ( especially if future preventing future offenses
is a goal)

Glad they got thto guys sentencing will be interesting as always. Slap on the wrist for ammo, magazine, possession of everything including the elvers. I really wish that there was an easy place to reference arrears and sentences for F&W crimes.
