Dux Bay
 

Just came back from Duxbury Bay via the access road. Not a single point of access for the kayak to the bay available from the bridge all the way down to the Gurnet guard station. Piping plovers...
Was too windy to launch anyway, but jeepers creepers. And the beach access is restricted as well. Will focus on golf until August I guess...
Sigh...

its ridiculous down there. I stopped buying an orv pass.

No launching next to the bridge either?

Thought the small lot on the mainland side was public and first come first serve.

Yes small lot open subject to construction activity at prominent landowner dock. Equipment sometimes take the parking lot space and it closes for safety reasons.
