Whale watching

Can anyone suggest a good whale watching tour and when is the best time to go? I really want to take my mother, it’s something she’s always wanted to do.

If I could, I’d pay someone on here for a private charter, but I think she’d like certain amenities.

I’ve gone on the capt John in Plymouth and dolphin out of ptown. Both were pretty good
