2020 ice season?

I heard that the Farmer's Almanac is calling for a snowier and colder winter than normal.

Well, we've been having relatively mild winters recently, so we're probably due.

2 things I would look forward to if the predictions are true....

More solid ice for longer throughout the season,

and.....a winter-kill of lots of squirrels, chipmunks and other destructive vermin!

BRING ON THE ICE!!!! (But not before December at least)

3 yrs. ago had a couple weeks of ice here on CC, luv to see that again...
How about an Ice Fest..... BBQ on the ice, nothing better... :kewl:

If this season coming up is as long as last year, it'll be perfect, I fished from the Friday after thanks giving until the first Saturday in April. ..I had 20" of ice when I called it, the edges were going and this old man doesn't walk the plank..mid February I had 34"..
