VICTOR MARRERO, United States District Judge directed Trump to turn his taxes over to a Grand Jury.

Judge denied Trump’s “extraordinary” assertion of privilege in Manhattan DA Vance’s subpoena fight—and rejects The Justice Dept/SDNY’s claim that the case belongs in federal court.

"This Court cannot endorse such a categorical and limitless assertion of presidential immunity from judicial process as being countenanced by the nation's constitutional plan"

Important and predictable ruling here, but Trump's strategy isn't really to win all these ridiculous arguments. Maybe they think they'll ultimately win one or two at SCOTUS, but in the main they are just trying to delay, delay and delay the inevitable.

The question is what is there to hide among the Trump fabulae mirabiles?

i didn’t think obama should
have been forced to release transcripts. i said it was interesting the lengths he went to, to hide them. i never ever said he should
be forced to release them. way more pressing concerns.

But you frequently commented on his transcripts and that they should be made public!

Hide them? How did he "hide them"? Did he threaten to sue any schools who released them?

i said they should be made
public, only because liberals made fun of bush and mccain for their grades, and said zip about obama hiding his transcript.

i could care less about Obama’s transcript. What i do care about, is having at least the appearance of a shred of consistency. sorry if that’s a cesspool notion.
