RI Sets 2020 Striper Regs

For those who didn't see yet, Rhode Island has set its 2020 striped bass regs. Personal preferences aside, I think it a positive that we will have uniform regulations for all from NY north. The thought of RI being an island unto itself with differing regs would have been a nightmare.
