I've been watching orange is the new black and if you haven't seen it Ozark is a good one too. Just started the Hunters, but haven't gone far as it's a bit dark for my better half to sit and watch.

Clammer 03-20-2020 03:28 PM

I,m watching Hunters .. I watched the 1st season of Ozark ,but kinda lost interest in the 2nd ,I was like on 4 or 5 & it seemed like I was till in the 1st season ><

Narcos is great

The Expanse is excellent SciFi, well, excellent period

PS - If you saw the Great but inaccurateinsomanyways Ford -v- Ferrari, Netflix has 24 hours War and Carrol Shelby - both great car documentaries.

rphud 03-21-2020 07:46 AM

All good stuff. I am thinking Ray Donavan myself.

Knives Out was a pretty good watch if you are looking for 2 hours of vid

If your into cars, they also have a great series on the history of the Le Mans race.

Narcos Mexico has been one of the best series I’ve seen in a while. But I get it if your not into subtitles.

Also "Ferrari- Race to Immortality" excellent look at the golden years of open car racing, the 50's.

Homeland and Black Sails.
Black Sails may have the best dialogue about the human condition.
Oh no, just coughed!

Jenn 03-23-2020 09:25 PM

Oh I am envious of those just starting Black sails or Justified...I loved them both and so sad the are done! I recommend both! Speaking of Justified if you like this and never watched the shield I highly recommend it. Its an older series but it was so good.

Clammer 03-23-2020 10:08 PM

J saw them both on reg TV ><

Homeland goes from Good to OK - watching last season now.

Black Sails is awesome ; )

BILLIONS is excellent!!

Great, great Norwegian series in Norwegian (subtitles) and English: Occupied

Fun series in German (subtitles) and English: Deutschland 83 (particularly if you were there in the 80s)

fishgolf 03-26-2020 11:19 AM

JohnR - agree with Homeland last season. Didn't like the president drama very much. This season much improved.

Agree... Billions is excellent.

The Dad Fisherman 03-26-2020 11:58 AM

If you like Billions, give Succession a watch. Brian Cox is amazing in it
