Interesting new Covid test
 

The Research
Recent work by two British ENT surgeons Claire Hopkins and Nirmal Kumar observes that people with sudden isolated anosmia (lost sense of smell) seem to have a high probability of being infected by the Virus despite no other symptoms.

The Experiment
The #CovidSmellTest campaign will ask participants to self administer a simple smell test by sniffing common household objects. The aggregated data from tens of thousands of these tests could provide a marker for emerging COVID-19 disease clusters.
