Headed for the Race
 

Anyone got a report from the race?? I am out of here about 12 midnight and gona fish till after day break. May be 9 or so!!

I was out that way last nite from 1AM till 7AM. Can ya say weed? I went over to Hering Cove and only managed a couple of small blues and lost a Fixter needle in the process of catching the 1st one:(

that sounds like fun!! Well it is set and I am going for better or worse?? I will let you no how I do. I should be there about the same times you were.

Fished the race Friday night from 6 till about midnight. Huge amounts of bait in the water. Everything from sandeels, peanut bunker to spearing. Few 3 pounf blues and similar size stripers. Big swells./ Lemme know how you do...

Wish me luck, I need it!! Not good at this shore stuff and now i am going in the dark :err:

But I am trying to get some time in before the leg on the 20th. I have been twice this year to the Race and got O fish:smash:
