States Rush to Pass Anti-Protestor Laws
https://firstamendmentwatch.org/deep...rotestor-laws/
Interesting read. And Guess what party is pushing many of these laws Arkansas, Georgia, North Dakota, Oklahoma and South Dakota—enacted legislation that was criticized as having a chilling effect on demonstrations. Virginia passed a bill to criminalize anti-police protests, but Governor Terry McAuliffe vetoed it. |
Is there an exception for protesting against wearing masks?

Judge Brann's savage dismissal of Trump's lawsuit in Pennsylvania... *chef's kiss*. Goodnight, Trump!
“Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.“ Judge Matthew W. Brann. |
Trump Lawyers: Pennsylvania Lawsuit Dismissal Moves Us Closer to Supreme Court
This is all it’s ever been about , getting it there suggesting along the way all previous judges are in on it, and Real America Honest conservatives Judges will bend the knee for Trump.. At this point I am not sure why they would even hear the case , I would think they would have reviewed the dismissals, and not want to tarnish the court with entertaining the attack on our election I am tried of Republicans its his right to do this and do that,,, BS it’s nobody’s right to file frivolous law suits claiming what they have claimed and their the only people with the goods. I’ve said it there need to be consequences but there won’t be any because 70 % of Republicans think what Rudy said is truer than true. You can not fight a cult mentality like that with evidence it needs to die on its own Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

I understand your frustration but Trump has contaminated the Republican brand , and Republican leaders have allowed it to happen and continue run interference From Trump while he attacks or Democratic process, Then the go to Georgia and say we must win these 2 senate seats to stop a socialist agenda ! All while trying to over turn an election based . Crying fraud at the beginning middle and end of the election just as they always do with boogie man arguments , to fill a base who suffers from Truth decay .. Sadly your the exception to the rule and your party has moved farther and farther right . Were outrage is the new conservatives currency were leading is no longer the goal because Ruling American is the new goal by any means necessary. I’ve said it a few times here , the right new model is nationalism with a sprinkle of Fascism Hidden in Patriotism and Trumps the perfect puppet .. and his cult a personality followers are just Lemming following each other off a cliff yelling liberal tears and f you feelings , as if it’s cleansing American of the progressive surge that infects 50% of America .. Hell I wish Republicans took COVID 19 as seriously as the do Socialism or 2a rights or abortions , maybe we wouldn’t be were we are Today Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

The most alarming aspect of the past week is not Trump. He is doing exactly what he has always done.
It’s the way Republican elites have consolidated around him. Without them, Trump is just a ranting loser. With them, he’s a threat to the country. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

States Rush to Pass Anti-Protestor Laws In West Virginia, where Governor Jim Justice (R) signed the “Critical Infrastructure Protection Act” on March 25th, oil and gas company facilities are now considered “critical infrastructure,” and are assigned the same protective status as dams and military facilities. The bill enhances jail time and fines for trespassing and intentionally damaging petroleum refineries and natural gas compressors. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear signed a similar bill on March 16th which redefined natural gas and petroleum pipelines as “key infrastructural assets,” and made it a first-degree criminal mischief offense to deface or tamper with fossil fuel infrastructure. On March 18th, South Dakota Governor Kirsti Noem signed into law a bill that made the “interruption or impairment” in gas service a felony. Gov. Noem also passed a second bill that increased punishment for persons “instigating, inciting, or directing” riots. I imagine most Americans are in favor of this.... |

I know he hasn’t conceded yet, but get your $100 donation ready because it’s coming and then it will be fun to watch the Trump family dodge legal issues. |

Forceful rhetoric on masking and not allowing large gatherings to promote spread doesn’t equate to dictatorship and CT is in the same boat as everyone, because of how far and wide this has spread, what are state troopers preventing any trumplicsns from visiting your state, Rudy sell you that theory?

But this fantasy pushed from the cult that any other President couldn’t have done what Trump did! Is comical What did he do that helped he didn’t interfere , and that was by accident Maybe to make him feel good we should take Geraldo advice that he gave fox and friends. They should call the vaccine the Trump, so people can say the got Trumped Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
