Ideas for old scuba tank?
Any ideas for giving new life to a 1970s scuba tank? Would like to repurpose but have no clue as to what it might possibly be. Scrap?

I've seen people use them as bells, you cut them in half and hang them with rope. I've seen some people that would make a stand and use them as a decoration in a garden.

My parents have 2 cut down as Bella/ gongs. One hangs outside their front door as a door bell for whole neighborhood to hear. Other is down back in the bb gun range. Pretty sure dad cut in half with with plasma cutter

Wish I could have a BB gun range....
Steel tank, so going to list on a diving yard sale site on FB. Aluminum tanks are no bueno apparently, as they have been known to explode... Hope to get rid of old fins and regulator too. |

They make great supply tanks for pellet rifles. There are lots of them that run off compressed air, wy cheaper than CO2 cartidges.
