need motel recommendation in Gloucester
 

Fishing out of Gloucester Thursday AM, looking for a cheap clean motel to stay in Wednesday night within ten minutes of water?

Appreciate any suggestions.

I don't know what to say but cheap motels might not be safe. Spend a couple extra bucks and get a quality hotel on Priceline, closer to the Business districts / 128 on the North shore. You don't want meth/heroine addicts in a cheap motel.

Cape Ann Marina... might not be cheap

crows nest, $100 a night for a shared bathroom, no thanks. stayed at a nice place.

caught our boat limit of haddock by 945. was insane.

pleasant surprise, he Blue Lobster Company , a seafood place right at the marina where the boat was, cooked some of our fish for us as soon as we stepped off the boat. doesn’t get fresher then that .
