We had cc on file. They charged $14 for prime video, and $19 for a movie, neither of which we ordered or signed up for. So check your accounts.....

Also had a bad experience with Ikea. Ordered a storage wall unit in March or April. Checked with them two weeks after expected delivery. No response. Not available for shipping. Ikea has not reversed the charges!!!!! We declined the charged through Amex. Waiting on results
