Plug making and Plug fest?
 

I think I need to get back to it this winter. Just finished reading through some old threads. A lot of old names we don't see here anymore.... All the more reason to plan a get together, if the virus allows....
Anyone else have plans to be building this winter?

Yeah, especially after the load of mahogany I have now.
We should also do a TFCTFN.

I was never really good at building plugs, well painting anyway. I really enjoy the woodworking aspect of the process. Just recently I got pretty sick with the COVID and pneumonia so I've been out of work for some time now. I have been down in the shop tinkering around and had my son help me move a few things around.He asked me why I don't turn anymore. It got me thinking and I have been getting the shop ready for some winter turning. (Or sooner if I don't go back to work soon) I agree, there should be a get together. I am not an original here but I enjoy the group get to getters.

I would love to do something - I just don't have the bandwidth to put something on (plus I am on call 24/7)

Miss Plugfest. Once the season starts Ill be back to plug building. At the least, start the thread on plug site who's building and keep it fresh with updates.

man, I have been slacking something awful on the plug making front. I need to get back into it as well. It'll take me a day to find my lathe......lol

I build all year long!:btu: I miss it too......count me in!
