Fourteen years gone by.

It's good to be King, he'd say.

I was fishing last night and my mind began to wander. Out of the blue I had a flashback to him chasing me down on route 1 in Charlestown to give me a proto jointed needlefish to try out that he had been working on; I might have to rig it up again to fish tonight.

Third week of September - yeh, that is where he would be.

And then he'd probably let one RIP. Pun intended.

September is a tough month for fishermen--Habs, Bob Samuelson, and now Steve Medeiros. Plus Fred Golofaro.

Sucked to get a FB birthday notification for Steve earlier this week.

Yep - his mother passed two days earlier.
