Donnmar pliers

Anybody have personal experience with any of the Donnmar pliers? I've been considering the leap to a nicer pair, but haven't seen many first hand reviews on Donnmar.

Yes, I know there's other really nice pliers out there. I'm not asking about those. Thank you

I have the Browning version - same Chinese manufacturer I'm guessing. They were always fine and IMO, the best option cheaper than the VS pliers at that time.

I had the Checkpoint 900s for two seasons and really liked them. No corrosion. They won’t cut through a hook, but otherwise a high quality product. They have excellent customer service, too (I believe they’re owned by Rosco) and they’re Made in the USA.

I haven't touched my old pair of Checkpoints in probably 10 years and they operate like they're brand new. That being said I bought them at least 15+ years ago so who knows what the current quality is.
