Verizon sucks, yesterday over 40 minutes on the phone before I could get someone on the phone and finally schedule a tech to come out.

The cellular side is not much better.

Bob, I heard on the radio driving home from work yesterday that they had experienced a major outage .... Explains why you had difficulties above and beyond.

Still having problems down here,,,, Beautiful day though. :-)
