Just checking channel 12 news feed and saw that some RI elected officials actually trying to do their job and fight the good fight for the people and their respective water access rights outside my agenda in RI

Here is the bill. I've been involved in the bills process for the past year or so going to public hearings and giving a surfcasters perspective.
