Cush It rod butt cushions
1 Attachment(s)
Anybody have them? In the past i have gotten bruised in ribs when snagging bunker and in my soft white belly fighting decent fish. Rods are on the boat but I have questions about sizing... Any input?
Hmm... Seems I was looking into them a few days before my accident and never got around to following through... http://www.striped-bass.com/Stripert...highlight=cush |
The other positive thing about them is if you accident loose a rod over the side with one on.......
It will float the rod if not too heavy Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
Are your rod grips cork or foam? I don’t think the butt cushion will help your ribs because it’s not the butt of the rod that presses up against them.

Have them for the charter guest.
Cheap & quick to put on & off. Most of the guys that want to use them on charters are the same guys that use the private head instead of pissing over the side of the boat ️#^& |
Eh... Doesn't apply on my boat Ronnie. Portapotty is reserved for wimmens only. Boyz deuce get a bucket. Just how it goes.... Yellow mangina arriving in two days.

Most important thing...........
Put water in the bucket before takin a deuce....... |

Got a few cheap on Amazon I bucks keep forgetting I have them to use . Usual to busy fight the fish already if it was in the rod holder might try keeping it on on my rod for casting for tuna or bass or blues , if it doesn’t get in the way
