What is the fish to beat??

what size are we looking to beat on this leg of the tor. And when does the fishing end?? Can we fish all night to Sunday and turn in slips ??
What is the grand prize??

MJ - Can't find my list here at the moment but if memory serves me right,

Saltheart - 41.5"
Specialist - 38.5 inches
Me - 37 inches
