My mom's house on the Cape in Sandwich is listed as of today, with an open house this morning.

$580k isn't bad for a 3 br Colonial. The house we sold for $323k back in 2017 is valued at $543k by Zillow (not on the market tho). 1500 sq. ft. gambrel Cape mainland side of Bourne.

Best of luck w/sale. Former coworker who bought a house on cape recently said there is very little inventory.

Wish this was listed a few months ago.
My son Leo just bought a house on the Sandwich/Bourne line. (It’s in Bourne)
He paid a little bit less than that but the house is much smaller.
