As rockfish population shrinks, Maryland shortens the fishing season
 

Well, they’re trying to do something about things, but as always they’re a step behind. At this point, I’ve stopped seriously fishing for stripers; I only go after them now when there’s something else to fish for. Heading back to moratorium levels in a few years.
