Hanes park
 

Anyone know who the clown that towed a section of dock over to the Hanes park dock? I'm sure that this section was part of the sale by Safe Harbor. Does the harbor master work for Lighthouse marina? This section and a sunken boat has been there all season! Who is responsible for this crap? Liability if it breaks loose and hits a boat ? No one cares but all the agency's involved in our marine environment cash their paycheck.

Slept on couch sons house Attleborro, out the door at 2:00 am with iPad as gps and boat in tow,, must of turned around 3 to 4 times LOL..

I'm trying to decipher this. Someone towed a section of a dock from Lighthouse in Warwick to Bullocks Point Cove Safe Harbor? And left it poorly tethered?

No there are 3 marina's in the area of Hanes Park. Lighthouse, Safe Harbor Cove Haven, Bullocks Cove. Safe Harbor and Lighthouse are next to each other and Bullocks Cove are on the other other side. The section of dock I'm referring to was located next to Safe Harbor. There are still sections located there. I was told by the ramp crew that the harbor master worked for Lighthouse. I have contacted Marine fisheries, DEM, and the city of East Providence multiple times and as far as I know no action has been taken by any of them. I don't know why anyone would tow this obstruction and put it in the way of using the ramp! Hope this clears it up for you John.
