If you mean gliders as in musky type gliders, they'll cast fine. Should have a decent amount of lead in them. One slug towards the front, the other towards the tail.

Based on what I see at other freshwater lakes with stripers, they are targeting the Gizzard Shad. They might hit other stuff if it comes their way, but probably 99% or more of their diet is Gizzards....
