Trying two separate methods. Etex with denatured alcohol and heated and dipped in helmsmans cut with min spirits. Dried then done a second time few days later.

Doing my first build and am doing shrink grips for upper and lower grips. Do you overlap the shrink material regardless of what it is over the reel seat?? Or try to get it close then run a thread...
