Someone pm'ed me that it was likely made by a Shelter Island (near M) spinner but gave no name.

It is 9 inches long and may have dried out some. Likely 2-3 oz.

It is a nice plug and I like that white pearl color. I may fish it like that although I don't fish needles as much as I did 2-3 years...
