I’m gym 3-4 days a week down 15 lb. Since covid,,, 38’s are baggy ….
Now to keep it together in the summah….. 🍕🍔🌭🌮

Started 2 days after Xmas , 5 to 6 days a week at the gym , down 10 pounds,,, day off tomorrow,,, clan coming for a winter buster day…
And Nana’s pasta with sausage and meatballs … :-)
