Wouldn't surprise me Joe. When they first came out with the 2 plate rule here the replacement plates used to be free as long as they were only worn and not damaged. Even then I think they were $10...

No you can't..no refinishing of plates. Mike no worries go to the registry order your plates, should be no charge because they are worn not damaged. Bring your plate order receipt to your inspection...
