Agreed. I will never begrudge anyone who keeps their legal limit of fish. Rec or commercial. Hell keep 2 65# fis!! Release the 28-32 inch fish. Do I agree with seeing folks take 28 1/8" Long fish, not personally. But they're within the law.
I'd love to see a table fish and trophy fish type slot limit in ri. But the want just isn't there.. And well the enforcement... Is a joke at best.
I like it when other fishermen do well
good on them! Big fish don't happen accidentally or from lack of preparation or we'd all have multiple 50's and 60's under our belts
