Cosmetic 8 out of 10. Mechanically 10 out of 10 PLUS I had Ryan White Mag it and set it up with ceramic bearings for distance casting.
I bought the reel used for $90 and paid $165 to have it Maged and ceramic bearing installed. This reel is NOT for a novice conventional caster. It is FAST!!! Want $150 FIRM
