That's funny....I don't remember Ortiz's name coming out as part of the Biogenesis Scandal.
Care to point out where he was mentioned as part of this...including the Obstruction of a League Investigation, which is why A-Rod got hit with the Biggest Suspension....since they are guilty of the same offenses.
