I got one of those CaptainSeagull charts.
Didn't realize it was an old noaa chart with commentary on it.
For 20-30 bucks I should have paid closer attention to it.
In the fine print it says - this is not for navigational purposes.
I have found online the old noaa charts but was hoping to find something more up to date.
I found some freeware online -

and downloaded some chart data from noaa however the printouts leave quite alot to be desired.
