if you remove the anti siphon valve in the fuel tank and temporarily replace it with a hose barb ( 1/4" NPT or 3/8NPT) you can remove the fuel line from the engine and place the hose in a container ( lower than the boat) a few pumps of the primer ball and the gas will flow...
