(I don't think I ever really looked for a wife come to think about it) but.... I don't care, I will only be alive and able to do this for a limited amount of time and I am going to do this as long as I can so I don't care what anyone thinks. ( I just spent the last 2.5 hours on the phone talking with a guy about a boat...my wife came in and said...do you know how long you were on the phone?...my answer was..."no".)
I had a guest on board this summer who drove up to my house in brand new hybrid vehicle. Later the next day when we were on the boat she asked " what is the mileage of this boat" I knew what it was but just said...well, with boats we don't talk in terms of mileage, it is in terms of gallons per hour. Her reaction resembled that of a dog who heard a strange high pitched sound.
