i just got a prescription for 90 patches of LIDOCAINE (google it")
peel and stick -slap it on the joint and the pain fades wicked fast (yipppeeee!)
they're not like the other OVER the counter crap

that's one solution the other is to start taking
KRILL oil (the purest fish oil")
this provides you the perfect fish oil to lubricate joints
and to LOWER the bad cholesterol simultaneously

i also use a product called "Move Free" ADVANCED Google it
3 way combo of Chondroitin ,glucosamine, and 3% hyaluronic acid
word to the WISE Puritan Pride or AMAZON kicks ass for purchasing vitamins

(nice thing bout puritan pride they have buy two get three free sales)

and I take "Hyaluronic ACID" seperately as a supplement which your
body actually produces in abundance until about age 40-45 then
it tapers off and this is the body's version of WD40

i also reccommend going to the DOLLAR store and buying
Doctor Fred Summit's Arthritis and Sport
Penetrating Heat Rub good for 50%
reduction in your symptoms in minutes plus it's only a buck a bottle
a VERY simple formula that works beautiful

for really serious pain i go to EMU oil made from the
marrow of the flightless EMU bird (mini ostridge)
from Australia MATE ! a RECIPE thats 2000 years old no less
but it's Hot like a Jalapeno pepper in your mouth hot
so likewise use caution and wash your hands after using it although
it comes in a handy ROLL on. We use the sport rub for minor stuff
and the EMU roll on for more serious surgical strike scenario's

taking chondroitin and Glucosamine works miracles
although many will argue it did nothing for them
we are all walking bags of chemicals in transition
Thanks Raven! Gonna give a couple of these a try! My cholesterol has been up and down for the past couple of years, and Dr's switched my meds a few times trying different ones. Mines hereditary, although I could stand to watch what I eat a little better. I walk a few miles everyday for exercise. I am looking to try something different and get off the pills all together as I have been on them for years, and feel like it really affects my joints. I've heard a lot of back and forth about good and bad with the chondroitin and glucosamine due to its cost/effectiveness. Only way to tell is to try it and see I guess.
