tried those Dave but the metallic taste was not to my liking
I do have shelves of vitamins because I shop at Puritan pride
where you get buy two get three free deals

so yeah, I also took 2 Zinc Picolinate 25 mg's
focus factor -> makes your thought process lightning fast
MACA --> even recommended for astronauts by NASA
all kinds of my normal everyday vitamins
I fill up a shot glass -down the hatch chased with kefir (thick milk)
as 80% of your immune system is in your gut
the rest i'd imagine is in your BRAIN... MORE ZINC to think
that's why they call fish brain food
that's WHY the CLAMMER is so SMART

never heard of that Nebe about waiting for air exposure hmmm
I try not to cook garlic in the house when smashed or finely chopped.
boiling whole they go to almost a potato type texture and are very mild but still do the job!
if I want strong garlic tho I fine chop it and cook it low heat in butter til golden brown
and slightly crunchy then make garlic bread.

sometimes I make my NUCLEAR shrimp when flu symptoms arrive

I boil them then butter fly them (cleaned) and having already dipped them in fine black pepper
I add some Mongolian FIRE oil to the griddle but you need MAXIMUM ventilation
ie exhaust fans running because
it's like tear gas strong... no exaggeration !

but you eat one and like ten seconds later tiny beads of sweat
form on top of your nose....
and you get a head rush like eating that hot yellow Chinese mustard
these I make if I am 100% congested and stuck in Phlegm city
that will open up any sinus's pronto
