SINCE we're on the subject of health and "sort of " cooking

keep this strange health fact in mind (I love these)
your SKIN has the ability to convert the suns rays into Vitamin D
(11 minutes exposure is all that's needed daily)

Vitamin D scientists have discovered has a More overall controlling influence
on many processes within the body being called the great regulator.
especially on our metabolism. ok that being SAID.........

if you happen to see BULK shi take' Mushrooms on sale
they're the filet minion best tasting mushroom! great on Pizza and with steak

anyways you buy these and dry them upside down with their gills exposed
to sunlight even filtered sunlight and the vitamin D gets absorbed from the sun the same
as it does via our skin AND it retains it except it bumps up to incredible levels off the charts.

This can be accomplished with artificial light too. Then
when cooking something toss them in (dry) to reconstitute in a sauce or stew and
it's the same as having laid on the beach for an hour or more.

I learned this after my wife had to get a 50,000 milligram shot of Vitamin D to correct a deficiency
caused by an overactive thyroid Gland WHICH is the body's REGULATOR just like in a car...
and it runs on vitamin D
