No such thing as an HDTV antenna...its a hoax to make you buy crap you don't need.
Any antenna with a coax cable will work.Very good friend of mine is using a a 70s era roof top antenna with a rotor and receives almost every broadcast station in New England and parts of New York in crystal clear HD.
