Honestly I never would have noticed as it never backfires, and runs strong. I was looking at the engine for something else with a friend and did a compression test and found it as an issue. Its a great set for someone who needs a quick fix for short money. BTW don't laugh the yellow paint is based on a mechanic tip who got his fingers stuck one too many times in a belt!
