Excise Tax Question
If the amount of your excise tax
is based upon you vehicles value
and it depreciates each year in Value
Shouldn't your excise TAX decrease a small amount
each year rather than INCREASE ?
Or is it because the Tax "rate" has increased
by the individual town?
