I wouldn't expect much because with the amount of ice melt runoff, the waters flowing into the sea will be colder for a bit longer than usual.
That will generally mean a slower warm up of coastal waters.

That doesn't mean we couldn't have a spring heat wave, but I'm not betting on any weather predictions because their usually wrong.
