I had my own home building business for ten years back in the 90's, then realized that the 80 hrs a week and constant drain on my checking account from WORKERS COMP INSURANCE
and payroll taxes wasn't going to stop.
Also the hassels with employees, subcontractors and customers wasn't something that I enjoyed.
Been with my current company for 10 years now, pay is decent, no stress and lots more free time.
