Paul I read some scientific study about the effects of barometric pressure on fish and this guy concluded that the effect is nil. He claimed that the lack of fish activity had more to do with light conditions. High pressure is usually associated with bright clear skies, while lows are more often cloudy or overcast. Naturally, we associate better fishing with low pressure systems.
