Same man fished next to me for 1 hour Bluefish blitz on east side of lighthouse shoreline from 5:00 to 6:00 pm throwing 2 oz deadly #^&#^&#^&#^&s. Man in question said he bought Tattoo spook at Saltwater Edge Fly shop. My memory is not foggy like the weather was yesterday.
