I have fished less than last year, but the bass have been bigger than I am used to catching I mean a 15, and a close to 20 aren't huge, and won't make me an internet hero but they are still nice fish, and are way bigger than the schoolies, I have been accustomed to catching. Oddly enough, I have only caught one blue this year, and that was during the memorial day period at south cape. Figures, I would buy a smoker for that very reason, and not catch any.
