Sorry to hear man, glad you're out and victorious! Sounds like your cracked ribs poked a bit too far and gave you some internal bleeding. It happens when you bust a bone that makes RBCs that can cause a clot. To top it off you went septic. Very lucky this happened at this point in time rather than 20 years ago.
